• Shopify store domain (for license activation and validation)

Technical Information

• AI feature usage metrics (chat responses, virtual try-ons, voice searches)
• Credit consumption and remaining balance
• License activation status and expiry dates
• Error logs for troubleshooting
• IP address and browser information when visiting our website

End-User Data (Your Customers)

When visitors interact with stores using the Polar theme, we process the following to provide AI features:

• AI Chat: Messages sent to the chat assistant are processed to generate responses. Chat logs may be retained for up to 30 days.
• Virtual Try-On: Uploaded images are processed for try-on generation and automatically deleted within 24 hours.
• Voice Search: Audio is transcribed in real-time and immediately discarded. We do not store voice recordings.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Process transactions and deliver license keys
• Provide and maintain the Service
• Track AI credit usage and enforce quota limits
• Send subscription-related communications (receipts, expiry warnings)

• Chat messages: Retained for up to 30 days, then deleted
