Digital Product – Instant Delivery

Polar is a 100% digital product. There are no physical goods to ship. Upon successful payment, you receive instant access to your purchase through electronic delivery.

What You Receive

Upon completing your purchase, you will immediately receive:

1. License Key (Instant)

• A unique license key is generated immediately upon payment
• The license key is displayed on the checkout success page
• The license key is also sent to your registered email address

2. Theme Files (Instant Access)

• Complete Shopify theme files available for immediate download
• Download link provided on checkout success page and via email
• Files include: Liquid templates, CSS stylesheets, JavaScript files, and theme configuration

3. AI Feature Access (Instant Activation)

• Your AI credit allocation is activated immediately
• AI features (chat, try-on, voice search) work as soon as you activate your license on your Shopify store

Delivery Method

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed when:

• Your payment is successfully processed by Razorpay
• Your license key is generated and stored in our system
• An email is sent to your registered email address

Our system logs confirm delivery. Once a license key is generated and email is dispatched, the product is considered fully delivered regardless of whether you open the email or download the files.

Email Delivery

Emails are sent from noreply@polar.dev or polar@buyuntamed.com. If you don't receive your email:

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Add our email addresses to your contacts or whitelist
• Ensure you entered the correct email address during checkout
• Contact support@buyuntamed.com with your payment confirmation

Note: Email delivery issues do not affect the validity of your purchase. Your license key exists in our system regardless of email delivery status.

No Physical Shipping

Since Polar is entirely digital:

• There are no shipping charges
• There is no shipping address required
• There is no waiting for delivery
• Delivery is not affected by your geographic location
• There are no customs or import duties

International Access

Polar is available to customers worldwide. Since delivery is digital:

• You can purchase from any country
• Payment is processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Your bank may apply currency conversion fees
• Access is instant regardless of your location

Subscription Renewals

For subscription plans (quarterly/yearly):

• Renewals are processed automatically via Razorpay autopay
• Your AI credit allocation refreshes immediately upon successful renewal
• No action required from you unless you wish to cancel
• Renewal confirmation is sent to your registered email

Delivery Issues

In the rare event that you experience delivery issues:

1. Check your email (including spam folder) for your license key
2. Verify your payment was successful in your bank/card statement or Razorpay
3. Contact us at support@buyuntamed.com with:
   • Your payment confirmation or transaction ID
   • Email address used during purchase

We will verify your purchase and ensure you receive your license key. Response time: within 24-48 hours on business days.
